1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Spark by Ignite ("Service"), operated by Ignite CFO Group LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Spark by Ignite is a salon social media coordination platform that helps salon owners and their team members align their social media content through weekly themes, hashtags, and content suggestions. The Service includes web-based dashboards for owners and mobile-optimized views for team members.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account and password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan
- Automatic monthly billing until you cancel
- A 14-day free trial for new accounts (no credit card required)
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service for any purpose other than salon management
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ignite CFO Group LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite CFO Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
